We come to understand that our hope is yet unseen, and our work is to believe.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Blessed be the Holy Lamb of God. We acknowledge your finished work. We worship in the Spirit and make our boast in the Cross. For our salvation is by grace alone, not of works. <\/i><\/p>\n<pre>Not of Works<br \/><br \/>How unmerited is thy favor<br \/>Oh, Holy One<br \/>To those in sin you sent a Savior<br \/>Your precious Son<br \/><br \/>No more defeated, lost, or cast down<br \/>With Him we\u2019re seated<br \/>His grace abounds<br \/><br \/>Through times of testing, our darkest hour<br \/>We should be resting<br \/>In His great power<br \/><br \/>Not power, nor might, is our decision<br \/>Thus we lose sight <br \/>But, gain His vision.<\/pre>\n<h4><b>\u201cBut he said to me, \u2018My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.\u2019 Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ\u2019s power may rest on me.\u201d 2 Corinthians 12:9<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>My Thoughts<br \/>In a self-exalting world culture, it\u2019s difficult to acknowledge our dependence on anyone else, or comprehend the concept of grace.
