Jesus forsook His own will for that of the Father\u2019s. As His followers we are called to do the same.<\/b><\/p>\n
Father God, I thank you for a Savior who passed the test at Gethsemane and set an example that I could follow by grace. All praises for a King whose rule is flawless and just. I know that you have heard my request. Like the three Hebrew boys, I rest in a faith that says, but, if not?<\/i><\/p>\n My thoughts<\/p>\n There\u2019s a place of surrender in our walk with God, where we come to realize that if what we desire is not aligned with His will, we must choose to trust the One who never makes a mistake. God\u2019s plan is borne of His infinite wisdom, perfect love, and flawless will. Who or what makes our hearts flutter, but doesn\u2019t have the Father\u2019s approval, can\u2019t help but fall short in the end.
