Higher Vision

God has defined the nature of His plans for me. They include Biblical prosperity, a hope, and a future.

Abba Father, I thank you for grace to walk in wisdom and trust in you alone for each season of my life. As you continue to order my steps there is sweet surrender to a higher vision.

Higher Vision
You healed my fear of life-alone
And raised my point of view

I’m seated and my heart is home
A rest so sweet and true

My singleness no more a cup
To be delivered from

Exceeding joy has filled me up
With promise yet to come

When confidence is not in flesh
The barren woman soars

Divine conception is my quest
For I am wholly yours!

“…An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord’s affairs: Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit…” 1 Corinthians 7:34

My Thoughts
Before Christ, I was a slave to sin: had the tee shirt. The world promised much and delivered nothing. Then, one day Jesus opened my eyes. I confessed, believed, and began my life as a child of God. I’ve come to see how infinitely better it is to embrace His flawless will. I’m content where He has me, now. The result has been Spiritual fruit that edifies others, and glorifies His Name.

Beloved Unbeliever II

A wise soul cried out to Jesus, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” Unbelief is the struggle of the human soul to come to terms with God’s perfect love.”  In contrite repentance I surrender my doubt and fear, and receive by faith your loving call...

Beloved Unbeliever

Someone once said that if God could be psychoanalyzed, it would be concluded that His love for us is obsessive-compulsive. In Psalm 8:4 David ponders, “What is man that you are mindful of him…?” Dear Father, you love us because you are love! You can be one with us...
