One of the greatest deceptions of the enemy is the notion that every human being is a child of God. That thinking is unbiblical, and dangerous. It causes people to believe that they can live a life without God and still have all the benefits He bestows on His children. This lie gratifies the flesh and leaves people comfortable in their sin, which will lead to their destruction. Jesus made it clear that no one comes to the Father, except through Him. Salvation gives every believer the divine privilege of adoption into the family of God. These blessings come only through Christ — to those who put their faith in Him.

Dear Lord,
Your Gospel truth is perfectly aligned with your perfect love. Speaking the truth about salvation and how to obtain it is the greatest act of love that we can bestow on those who are lost. Give us the grace and courage to do this, even when it’s not what they want to hear. Our Spirit-led obedience will make us instruments of your will, as beloved lost souls are brought out of condemnation, into your family.
